Welcome to ScrapXtrade. By registering an account, listing scrap ads, or communicating with buyers inside our green circular marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Trust

All users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable details (name, active mobile number, valid email address) during signup. Multiple shell registrations, brokerage fraud, or attempting to spoof geographic coordinates will result in instant, permanent account suspension.

2. Permitted Scrap Listings

ScrapXtrade is strictly designed for commercial, industrial, and consumer recyclable materials categorized under:

  • Metal Scrap (Copper wires, structural steel, aluminium sheets, alloy blocks)
  • Electronic Waste (Processor chips, motherboard boards, computing scrap)
  • Battery Scrap (Lead-acid car batteries, industrial lithium panels)
  • Paper Scrap (OCC Grade 11 cardboard bales, paper rolls, pulps)
  • Plastic Scrap (PET bottles, HDPE sheets, polypropylene containers)

PROHIBITED LISTINGS: Users must not list hazardous chemicals, medical biological waste, explosive materials, or illegal items without proper state licensing. Any such listing will be immediately reported to regulatory authorities.

3. Platform Role & Quality Inspections

ScrapXtrade operates solely as an aggregator and direct peer-to-peer advertising portal. We are not brokers, traders, or direct buyers. We do not participate in negotiations, transaction execution, logistics scheduling, or material inspections. Both buyers and sellers are strictly advised to physically audit materials, verify quantities, and complete secure banking transfers independently.

4. Zero-Commission & No Middleman Guarantee

ScrapXtrade provides listing services free of charge to promote sustainability and MSME profits. We never charge broker fees, transaction percentages, or middleman commission on successful trades. We do not collect online payments or store bank cards on our system.

5. Intellectual Property & Listings Rights

By uploading material descriptions, scrap photographs, and pricing figures, you grant ScrapXtrade a non-exclusive license to display the listings across our digital portals to attract buyers. ScrapXtrade brand logos, custom CSS utility tokens, and web scripts are the exclusive intellectual property of ScrapXtrade Portal.
